Sales Engineer (Batam)

Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
As a member of the sales team, you will create enthusiastic construction professionals every day.  Your responsibilities include selling our leading products and services and advising our customers on productive solutions.

We will support your long-term career with Hilti by offering you comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and cross-functional, international development opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

1. Establish new customers and further develop them as Company's key accounts to meet Company’s sales targets
2. Help serve Company's existing key customers and further develop them
3. Build relationship and establish network with multi-levels to drive our key accounts and key projects penetration, including conduct product demonstration
4. Work closely and be able to steer teams to provide value-added solutions to the customers to fully satisfy their needs

Requirements:
Your profile:

1. Has degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, max 30 years old. Resident of the above cities.
2. 2 - 3 years direct selling experience with proven success record
3. Strong communication & presentation skills.
4. Strong planning and organizational skills, bright, likes to win and to work in outdoor, dynamic and highly motivated
5. Holder of a driving license  is a MUST
6. Willing to travel frequently and to be trained in Jakarta for at least 6 month.
