Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities will include:
Prepare for full bidding procedure & understanding of project (EPC base) compliance requirements.
Formulate and review project plan, budget and schedulerelated to contracts
Have solid relationship with Government (MOT, PW, BKPM, Bappenas).
Consolidate and coordinate with consultants and contractors

Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications :

1. Minimum of  5 years experience in Multi-International Companies or well-known local EPC companies or relative government official work experience, i.e. : PLN or Project transmission/ power plant/ High Rise Building project / steel plant).
2. Bachelor degree ( in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0) and a proven SKA minimum in C-Class/ Ahli Madya Licence (MUST HAVE)
3. Demonstrated knowledge of country regulatory and licensing requirements in relation to project execution activities.

General Requirements :

1. Male and solid public personality  and ability to confidently represent the company
2. Good in making reports / administration data for projects
3. Proficient at using computer programs, such as : Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
4. Having good communication skills and fluent in English, including Oral and Written.
5. Able to work as a team and a fast-paced environment.
6. Responsible, honest, highly motivated, active, challenging, has leadership quality
7. Willing to be placed and travel to project field area across Indonesia
8. Good knowledge in ISO 9001:2000, HSE and Project Management
